Self Health September | Spin Class



So these next five days seemed harder than I thought they would be. I started having less time to make a full breakfast so I started the smoothie era. Tried cooking my own spaghetti, which didn't turn out the way I would have hoped. Saw a little moment of me editing and putting up the first of Self Health September videos and blog post. Still working out at home either in the morning or after work, which I was working towards doing different workouts.



Onelife Fitness KC

Supper happy that I got to try out my first spin class at Onelife Fitness KC. My spin instructor Matt was amazing and really motivating. The class makes you really push yourself and I even lost 6 lbs. I will say that if your going to take a spin class, be sure to prepare yourself for a seat that violates you. I'm really not sure how boys can even take a spin class with how bad those seats hurt. Now when you spin, you're working out so hard that the seat starts feeling better. I wish I had more time to do the free trial at Onelife Fitness KC, since I was only able to go one day out of the three-day trial time. There was a few things I wanted to try out still there. The gym was really nice, clean and the price to go there isn't so bad if you live in town. Hope to get to go back some time in the future. There was one day I was unable to workout because of a really bad headache which ruined my whole Sunday. Some days you can't push yourself when you're in pain, but I still believe keeping up with your healthy diet and trying to do the best you can when you workout. When it comes to working out, I'm going to try and fit in as many different and new workouts that I can. So stay tuned and be sure to subscribe to catch every video and read up on how each day went.
